PeakCares
PeakCares was started in 2018 as the community involvement and philanthropic arm of PeakActivity. Every quarter, Peaksters are given the opportunity to get involved with a community charity and assist in fundraising and in-kind efforts.

UCF Foundation
Manish serves as Vice Chair of the UCF Foundation Board of Directors. The Foundation is the University of Central Florida’s direct-support organization, overseeing the fundraising, investments, and real estate that advance UCF’s mission.

YPO
Manish is a member of YPO Palm Beach, where he serves on the chapter board, and sits on the Digital Experience Committee for YPO Global. YPO is the global leadership community of 38,000 chief executives in 150 countries.
HELPING KIDS HEAR AND READ
The HEAR Fund
Manish and his wife, Vieng, created the HEAR Fund (Hirapara Enriching Audiology Resources), an endowed fund at UCF that helps people with hearing loss. The fund covers camp fees for iHEAR, the hearing-focused track of UCF’s iREAD summer reading camp, so children with hearing challenges can attend at no cost and receive speech therapy and literacy support.
BUILDING FLORIDA’S TECH ECOSYSTEM
Tech Hub Florida
Manish serves as Vice Chair of Tech Hub, the nonprofit working to grow and connect Florida’s technology community. Tech Hub brings founders, tech leaders, and companies together to develop talent, support startups, and make Florida a home for innovation.
ACCESSIBILITY FOR EVERYONE
Move Matters
Manish serves on the board of Move Matters, which builds accessibility-first venue discovery for the disability community, by the disability community. Born at a South Florida Tech Hub hackathon in 2021, Move Matters helps people find the accessibility information they need before they go.

Go For Launch Campaign
Manish is a member of the Campaign Leadership Committee for Go For Launch: The Campaign for UCF’s Next Mission. The committee of alumni and community leaders champions the campaign’s priorities: student success, discovery and innovation, future frontiers, and competitive excellence.

Broward Workshop
Manish co-chairs the Technology and Marketing Committees of the Broward Workshop, which brings business leaders and the public sector together across socio-economic and political lines to tackle the issues that matter most to Broward County residents and businesses.
ADVANCING THE HEALTH PROFESSIONS
UCF College of Health Professions and Sciences
Manish chairs the Dean’s Advocacy Board at the UCF College of Health Professions and Sciences. The board supports the college’s strategic initiatives, leads advocacy, and builds new partnerships that strengthen research, teaching, and community service.

Junior Achievement of South Florida
Manish serves on the Executive Committee of Junior Achievement of South Florida and chairs its Innovation Committee. JA inspires and prepares young people to succeed in a global economy through hands-on programs in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship.

Economic Council of Palm Beach County
Manish is a member of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization founded in 1975 whose members span more than 35 cities and 33 industries across the region.

Since 2021, Manish has been a member of Chapter 2079 of Vistage Florida. Vistage brings together confidential groups of non-competing CEOs and business owners, guided by an experienced Chair, as part of a global network of more than 45,000 leaders in 40 countries.
