Manish Hirapara is the Founder and CEO of PeakActivity, a technology strategy firm that helps organizations scale through eCommerce, technology modernization, and applied AI. With more than 130 employees globally, PeakActivity partners with leadership teams navigating growth, complexity, and change in high-stakes digital environments.

With over 20 years of experience in eCommerce and digital transformation, Manish has led initiatives that have driven more than $10 billion in revenue growth and cost savings across a wide range of industries. Prior to founding PeakActivity, he served as a senior global eCommerce leader at Office Depot, where he oversaw eCommerce strategy and execution across 40 countries and more than 70 websites.

Manish founded Enaptive in 2007, a software company focused on enabling and transforming businesses through technology products and solutions. Enaptive’s software subsidiary, ScrapRunner, was later acquired by a public company in the United Kingdom.

In 2018, Manish and his wife, Vieng Hirapara, launched PeakCares, the community involvement and philanthropic arm of PeakActivity. PeakCares reflects their shared belief that growth should extend beyond business results and into meaningful impact within the communities PeakActivity serves.

Vieng Hirapara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Vieng plays an active role in PeakCares’ mission and community initiatives.

Manish received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1998. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the UCF Foundation Board of Directors and chairs the UCF College of Health Professions and Sciences Dean’s Advocacy Board. He has also served on the UCF Alumni Board and remains active as a board member of the Broward Workshop, Junior Achievement of South Florida, and the Economic Council of Palm Beach County.
